Shipping Information

1. Order Processing Time

We take special care in preparing your planters for shipping. Orders are processed within:

  • Standard Orders: 5-7 business days
  • Express Orders: Same day processing (if placed before 12 PM IST)
  • Bulk Orders: 10-14 business days (depending on volume)

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the following locations:

Major Cities (2-3 days):

  • Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai
  • Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad
  • Surat, Jaipur, Lucknow, Nagpur

Other Cities (4-7 days):

  • All major cities across India
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
  • Rural areas (may take additional 1-2 days)

Note: Due to the perishable nature of planters, we currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Email with tracking number and courier partner details
  • SMS notification with tracking link (for registered mobile numbers)
  • Ability to track from My Orders section

Track your package directly on the courier partner's website using the provided tracking number.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Box addresses
  • Remote areas may have longer delivery times
  • During extreme weather conditions, shipping may be delayed for plant safety
  • Bulk orders may require additional processing time
  • Certain planters may have seasonal shipping restrictions

8. Damaged in Transit

If your plant arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the plant and packaging before opening
  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  3. Email photos to info@hemkeshgroup.in with your order number
  4. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy
