Shipping Information
1. Order Processing Time
We take special care in preparing your plants for shipping. Orders are processed within:
- Standard Orders: 1-2 business days
- Express Orders: Same day processing (if placed before 12 PM IST)
- Bulk Orders: 2-4 business days (depending on volume)
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the following locations:
Major Cities (2-3 days):
- Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai
- Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad
- Surat, Jaipur, Lucknow, Nagpur
Other Cities (4-7 days):
- All major cities across India
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
- Rural areas (may take additional 1-2 days)
Note: Due to the perishable nature of plants, we currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Email with tracking number and courier partner details
- SMS notification with tracking link (for registered mobile numbers)
- Ability to track from My Orders section
Track your package directly on the courier partner's website using the provided tracking number.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Box addresses
- Remote areas may have longer delivery times
- During extreme weather conditions, shipping may be delayed for plant safety
- Bulk orders may require additional processing time
- Certain plants may have seasonal shipping restrictions
8. Damaged in Transit
If your plant arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the plant and packaging before opening
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Email photos to care@hemkeshgroup.in with your order number
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy
