📜 The 12 Golden Rules (Rutus)

Legally Binding Terms

By placing an order with HEMKESH GROUP, you explicitly acknowledge, agree to, and accept all the following rules. These terms are strictly enforced and no exceptions will be made. Please read each rule carefully.

🚫 ABSOLUTELY NO COLOR RETURNS

Planters are made from natural materials including cement, clay, ceramic, terracotta, and fiber. Color variations, shade differences, and texture inconsistencies are NATURAL and NOT defects. We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for color mismatch.

🔍 MANDATORY DELIVERY INSPECTION

You MUST inspect planter(s) IMMEDIATELY in front of the delivery agent. If damaged → REJECT delivery and write "DAMAGED IN TRANSIT" on proof of delivery.

⚠️ Accepting delivery without inspection forfeits ALL transit damage claims.

🚚 TRANSIT DAMAGE = COURIER LIABILITY

We DO NOT provide refunds or replacements for transit damage. We will assist with documentation for you to file a claim with the courier partner.

📹 UNBOXING VIDEO - MANDATORY FOR CLAIMS

For hidden damage claims, a continuous, uncut unboxing video showing sealed package + AWB number is MANDATORY.

🚫 Claims without unboxing video = REJECTED immediately.

⏰ 48-HOUR STRICT DEADLINE

All claims MUST be raised within 48 hours from delivery timestamp. Weekends included. Late claims = automatic rejection.

💔 NO CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

No returns for: "I don't like it", "doesn't fit my space", "ordered by mistake", "found cheaper elsewhere". All sales are FINAL.

🏺 MINOR IMPERFECTIONS ARE NORMAL

Air bubbles, hairline cracks, uneven texture, minor chipping, white spots (efflorescence) = NOT defects.

💰 REFUND POLICY - VERY LIMITED

Refunds ONLY for genuine manufacturing defects. Shipping charges non-refundable. Customer pays return shipping. Processing: 7-10 days.

🔄 REPLACEMENT POLICY

Replacements only for verified manufacturing defects. Customer pays return AND replacement shipping. Store credit if same item unavailable.

🏷️ SALE ITEMS - NO RETURNS

All sale, discounted, clearance, and promotional items are FINAL SALE. No returns, refunds, or replacements under any circumstances.

📦 BULK & B2B ORDERS

Bulk orders (10+ planters): No returns. Transit risk 100% buyer's responsibility. Buyer must arrange insured logistics.

⚖️ JURISDICTION & DISPUTES

Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts in Ambala, Haryana, India. Governing Law: Laws of India.
