What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Return shipping is free for defective products.

What is your refund policy?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. For COD orders, refund will be via bank transfer or store credit.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. To cancel, go to "My Orders" section or contact customer support. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
